The members of Korean Culture Global's family are all experts in organizational development. The CEO, John Kim, is a Korean with over 25 years of organizational experience. He majored in organizational development at the University of Pennsylvania and is a veteran organizational expert who has conducted approximately 400 projects with leading companies in South Korea. He is the sole operator of certification programs in areas such as organizational culture, leadership, organizational development, and change management in Korea, capable of providing consulting, training, and coaching. Many of the programs are diagnostic-based under his expertise as an organizational diagnostician.

Rara, who majored in public policy at university, has previous experience working in Calimantan city government and is highly interested in spreading Korean corporate culture and leadership alongside John Kim. Angelina, hailing from Sumatra, holds a Ph.D. in Bio field, fluent in Korean, and highly interested in Korean culture and Korean companies.
