John Kim, CEO

The CEO, John Kim, is a Korean with over 25 years of organizational experience. . He majored in organizational development at the University of Pennsylvania and is a veteran organizational expert who has conducted approximately 400 projects with leading companies in South Korea.

He is the sole operator of certification programs in areas such as organizational culture, leadership, organizational development, and change management in Korea, capable of providing consulting, training, and coaching. Many of the programs are diagnostic-based under his expertise as an organizational diagnostician.
